Automatic air threading
The grippers are easily threaded with Juki's Jet-Air technology. Place approx. 2-3cm thread in the holes, press the Jet-Air button next to it and – the machine is threaded! With the help of a motor and air, the machine takes care of the threading for you.

TWA Function - NEW
The MO-2500 is supported by the patent pending TWA mechanism. With TWA, it is possible to easily fine-tune the width of the wire loop to achieve the best results. (NOTE. TWA is most applicable at 5-7mm. Cutting width. At 7 – 9mm, adjustment is limited).

Roll hem - NEW
The thread tension that can be used for roll hems can be achieved by simply turning up the thread tension lever. After this you just set the roll stitch button and set the cut width to 2.5 - 3.5.

Magnetic Pad - NEW

The distance between the knife and the needle is 9.95 mm, which is the shortest distance on industrial overlocks. With the short presser foot, you can easily handle sharp turns and beautiful finishing seams.

The presser foot can be moved up and down without having to use your hands. The presser foot can be raised to a maximum of 6 mm to ensure easy placement and removal of the material.
※ The maximum height of the presser foot with the hand lifter is 8mm.

This tray is useful as a place to temporarily put a needle when switching over the sewing method from 2-needle sewing to 1-needle sewing, or when changing the needle. (Two locations; on the right and left side of the machine head)
