Automatic thread cutter

An overlock for home use that automatically cuts off the thread chain? You read that right. With the MO-3500, you can cut the thread chain with the foot pedal, with a button on the front of the machine or have it automatically cut the thread after a certain length. *It is also possible to deactivate the wire cutter and use the wire knife.

Automatic thread tension

The MO-3500 automatically sets the thread tension based on the stitch you wish to sew based on the stitch selector (AD). It is possible to adjust the thread tension of the grippers, which can sometimes be needed depending on what kind of thread and material you are sewing in - a matter of course for perfection.

Automatic air application

Just like the MO-1000, MO-2000 and MO-2500, the MO-3500 is equipped with automatic air application of the grippers! One push of a button and the grippers are threaded!

Stitch selector

The overlocker is equipped with a stitch selector AD and when you change stitches, the settings for each stitch are shown directly on the display. For example, remove the left needle

LCD screen

Directly on the LCD screen, you can adjust the machine's settings such as adjusting sewing speed, thread cutting length, foot pedal setting, color temperature.

Foot pedal

Customize the foot pedal according to your wishes! Sew a half stitch or automatic thread cutting.

Adjustable lighting

Depending on the fabric and thread, changing color temperature may be more pleasing to one's eyes. You can do this directly on the LCD screen!

Microlift

Microlift is an industrial finesse that allows you to sew with the presser foot slightly elevated above the fabric, a maximum height of 2.5 mm. This prevents the fabric from wrinkling and you can sew in more delicate fabrics and over stronger parts without the material being affected. Same function as the DX series (Float function).

Inner curves

The distance between the knife and the needle is only 9.95 mm, which is the industry's smallest level of knife to needle distance. With the supplied curve foot, you can handle the curved parts of the material smoothly and produce beautifully finished seams.

Noise reduction

The MO-3500 is designed with noise reduction that minimizes operating noise and vibration, which is important for comfortable sewing.

Magnetic pad

A magnetic needle pad is located on top of the machine so you can easily switch sewing methods from 2-needle sewing to 1-needle sewing and still keep track of where you put your needles.

2/3 wire converter

It is possible to change the stitch type to 2-thread sewing by sliding the 2-/3-thread converter to the left.

Knee lift

The presser foot can be lifted up and down without having to use your hands. The presser foot can be raised to a maximum of 6 mm to ensure easy placement and removal of the material with the knee lift. *The maximum height of the presser foot with the hand lifter is 8 mm.

Tractor foot included

The tractor foot comes from our industrial sewing machines and prevents the stitches from becoming uneven and skipping stitches over thick edges. Use the tractor foot to join collars, shoulders, cuffs, etc.

Multifunctional standard foot

The standard presser foot has a hole to accommodate elastic and ribbon.
